This Privacy Policy explains how Right Pick ("Right Pick", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use the Zenvora mobile application (the "App") and related VPN services (collectively, the "Services").
The Services are operated by Right Pick.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how information is handled when you use Zenvora.
1. VPN Service and Privacy
Zenvora provides VPN connectivity using Android's VPN functionality and a secure VPN tunnel.
When you activate the VPN, the App establishes a VPN connection between your device and the selected VPN server. The purpose of this connection is to provide VPN connectivity, protect network traffic while the VPN connection is active, and allow you to access the VPN locations provided by the Service.
Zenvora does not use the VPN service to sell, inspect, or intentionally monitor the contents of your internet communications.
We do not intentionally collect or store the content of websites you visit, messages you send, files you download, or the contents of your internet traffic through the VPN tunnel.
2. Information We May Process
Depending on how you use the App, we may process limited technical and service-related information.
A. VPN Connection Information
When you connect to a VPN server, limited information may be processed to establish and maintain the VPN connection, including:
- Selected VPN server or VPN location;
- Connection status, such as successful or failed connection;
- Technical information required to establish the VPN connection;
- VPN configuration information required for the selected server; and
- Technical error or diagnostic information when necessary to troubleshoot connection problems.
This information is used to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the VPN Service.
We do not intentionally collect the contents of your internet traffic through the VPN tunnel.

C. Advertising Information
Zenvora may display advertisements to users through Google Mobile Ads (AdMob).
When advertisements are displayed, Google and its advertising partners may process information such as advertising identifiers, device information, approximate information, and interaction information according to their applicable policies and settings.
Advertising information is used to provide and measure advertisements and to support the operation of the free version of the App.
Zenvora does not use the VPN tunnel to redirect or manipulate other applications' advertising traffic for monetization purposes.

3. Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect Through the VPN
Zenvora is designed so that the VPN service does not intentionally collect or store:
- Browsing history;
- Website content;
- DNS query contents;
- Messages or communications;
- Files transmitted through the VPN;
- Passwords entered into websites;
- The content of internet communications; or
- Other contents of your internet traffic.
This section describes our intended data practices. Technical information required to establish, operate, secure, or troubleshoot the VPN connection may still be processed as described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy.
4. How We Use Information
We may use information for the following purposes:
- To provide VPN connectivity;
- To establish and maintain VPN connections;
- To provide selected VPN locations;
- To troubleshoot connection failures and technical problems;
- To maintain and improve application performance;

VPN traffic is transmitted through the VPN tunnel using the security protocols supported by the VPN technology and server configuration used by the App.

However, no internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
7. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to provide the Services, maintain security, resolve technical problems, or comply with legal obligations.
Where technical or diagnostic information is retained, we seek to limit retention to the period necessary for the applicable purpose.

- Disconnecting the VPN when you do not want to use the VPN service;
- Choosing whether to continue using the free, advertising-supported version of the App;

You may also control certain advertising preferences through the settings and controls provided by Google and Android.
9. Children's Privacy
Zenvora is not directed toward children under the age required by applicable law.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.
10. Third-Party Services
The App may contain or use third-party services, including advertising and technical service providers.
Those providers may have their own privacy policies and terms. Their handling of information is governed by their respective policies where applicable.

Depending on the VPN servers and technical service providers used, information necessary to provide the Services may be processed in countries other than the country in which you live.
